Cancellation Policy for Nicholas John Salon Spa & Boutique and Lolajoy's Powder Room spa for kids. Starting immediately, a credit card must be kept on file in order to book an appointment/party.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value. NOTE:  All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.
